Do you have any more sessions available?
All sessions are booked from our website at hartsocks.com/santa. As we make more available we will post them here.
How long are the sessions?
We allot about 5 minutes for each family. The time starts once you walk into the space, so ensuring everyone is dressed, hair brushed, husband’s phone put away, is very important. The more prepared you are, the better the shoot will go!
In our experience this is more than enough time to get everyone posed just right and do capture (hopefully) a cute smiling photo with Santa. If you think you'll need more time then this, please plan on purchasing more than one spot. We also limit this to 6 people for one session and they should be from the same nuclear family.
How many people can be in the photo?
6. Any more than this please purchase a second spot so we have enough time to accommodate everyone. The 6 should all be in the same nuclear family. For example if you want to have your kids cousins in the photo and you also want photos of just your kids and just your brothers or sisters kids, please purchase two spots. If you are okay with just a cousins shot and there are less than 6 of them, then one session is fine :)
Can I bring my dogs?
No, pets are not allowed at our general shoots. We try to have one pet session a season and you can find it on our schedule if available.
Can I bring my cats?
No, sorry. Santa is allergic.
I am afraid my child will cry, can you help?
In our experience kids less than a year old will just hang out. 1-4 years old can totally lose their cool and reach for mom and dad, and will momentarily abandon all hope as you just smile at them and tell them it's OK for "this" stranger to hold you. We will snap the photos super fast and let you rescue them, and then you can sit with Santa and your kiddo to get some more photos. Seriously, it's super cute and you will adore those pics later on.
How many photos will I get?
About 10-50. We give you almost all the photos we take, and let you choose which ones are best to download and print. If everyone is happy and having a good time, naturally more photos are taken!
Do I have to purchase prints or products from you?
Nope, they are yours to own and print how you please. We do offer products but by no means must you purchase from us.
When will my images arrive?
We will upload your images to you, and you should receive them within 24 hours, although we strive to deliver them much faster.
Will Lindsay be there?
Lindsay continues to do outdoor shoots during this time, which are also available to book at hartsocks.com/book
Where are the shoots located?
They will be held at Jungle Jam (9227 Coors Blvd NW), a locally owned indoor playground for kids. It is conveniently located near Paseo Del Norte and Coors Blvd NW.
How early should I be?
About 5 minutes or so.
